- Title: Web Designers (Remote)
- Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor)
- Rate: USD 65-135/hour
- Location: Remote – candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.

We are seeking experienced Web and Digital Interface Designers to contribute to a long-term research initiative for one of our clients in the artificial intelligence domain. This role focuses on applying real-world design expertise to create, evaluate, and refine occupation-specific questions and scenarios related to web and digital interface design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality questions, prompts, and scenarios based on professional web and digital interface design practices.
- Apply expertise in UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
- Translate complex design concepts into clear, structured content suitable for research and evaluation purposes.
- Review and validate design-related materials for accuracy, usability, and industry relevance.
- Work independently while meeting quality benchmarks and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Web and Digital Interface Designer or in a closely related role.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX best practices, design systems, and modern web technologies.
- Excellent written communication and analytical skills.
- Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported).
- Must be based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Canada.
Work Commitment & Duration
- Minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.
- Project is expected to run through mid-2026, with potential extensions based on performance and project needs.
Contract & Payment Terms
- Engagement as an independent contractor.
- Fully remote role with flexible scheduling.
- Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
- Project scope may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on requirements and performance.
