Position: Web and Digital Interface Designers
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $65–$135/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design high-quality questions related to web design, digital interfaces, and user experience.
- Evaluate AI responses for usability, visual hierarchy, and interaction reasoning.
- Apply UX, UI, and interaction design frameworks to AI training tasks.

- Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.
Requirements
- Strong years of full-time experience in web or digital interface design roles.
- Strong professional background in UX, UI, or interaction design.
- Excellent written communication and design reasoning skills.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
