Job Description


  • Title: Human Resources Assistants (Remote)
  • Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor)
  • Rate: USD 60-80/hour
  • Location: Remote – candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.


Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Human Resources Assistants (excluding payroll and timekeeping) to participate in a research initiative for one of our clients, a leading organization in the artificial intelligence sector. The role focuses on using HR knowledge and professional experience to help design and refine research questions related to HR practices, organizational workflows, and administrative processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate research questions relevant to human resources operations
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on prior HR experience
  • Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all work
  • Collaborate remotely with project teams and meet agreed timelines


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of full-time professional experience as a Human Resources Assistant (excluding payroll/timekeeping) or similar role
  • Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
  • Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported)
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor without employer sponsorship


Contract & Payment Details

  • Engagement as an independent contractor
  • Fully remote with flexible scheduling
  • Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered
  • Project duration may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on needs and performance
  • Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
