Job Description


Lev Haolam is an Israeli company with a strong social mission: we support small and medium-sized businesses in Samaria and Judea and connect people around the world with Israel and its local producers.

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our distributed international team (10+ countries), with an opportunity to grow into an HR Business Partner role.

Role focus:

🔺End-to-end onboarding and adaptation;

🔺Performance management (KPIs, reviews, development);

🔺Employee relations: 1:1s, engagement, wellbeing;

🔺Partnership with managers of international teams;

🔺Culture, eNPS, and talent retention initiatives;

🔺Offboarding and HR analytics;

🔺Participation in HRIS implementation (BambooHR).

Who we’re looking for:

🔺4–5 years of experience as an HRG/HRBP in a dynamic, KPI-driven environments;

🔺Strong business partnering mindset;

🔺Solid international HR experience (beyond the CIS region);

🔺Hands-on experience working with international cross-cultural teams;

🔺Background in IT and/or e-commerce companies;

🔺Change management skills, ability to stay effective in uncertain environments;

🔺High level of drive, ownership, and enthusiasm;

🔺English C1+, Russian C1+.
