We are seeking an experienced M365 Administrator to support and manage a global Microsoft 365 environment. This role involves end-to-end administration, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise M365 services. The position is part of a 24x7 operations model and requires strong technical expertise, collaboration skills, and flexibility to support different shifts when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for global M365 infrastructure, including monitoring, alert management, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
- Plan, coordinate, and execute M365 maintenance activities
- Administer and support core M365 technologies including Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, DaaS, and Intune
- Monitor M365 services, perform initial issue triage, and ensure timely resolution
- Manage ticket queues, escalations, and incident workflows
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and collaborate with global stakeholders
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support templates
- Support additional SaaS platforms such as Slack and Okta
- Ensure stability, reliability, and continuous improvement of the M365 environment
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting M365 in a global enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Intune, and DaaS
- Experience working with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and monitoring tools
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks
- Experience managing incidents, tickets, and escalations in a 24x7 environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across distributed teams
- Flexibility to support shift rotations and on-call requirements
- Reliable internet connectivity for remote work
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., M365 Administrator, Azure Administrator)
- Experience with scripting and automation for M365 operations
- Exposure to AI-driven tools or automation in IT operations
- Strong problem-solving mindset and bias for action
