I. Job Description
- Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications for leading real estate platforms
- Work on products with 15M+ monthly visits and 100,000+ listings in Switzerland
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Android solutions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Participate in architectural decisions and promote clean, modular Android architecture
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, security, and performance optimization
- Conduct code reviews and actively share knowledge within the team
- Contribute across the full development lifecycle: design, development, testing, release, and post-launch support
- Improve team processes, workflows, and engineering efficiency
- Stay up to date with Android trends, tools, and best practices
- Work in an international team across Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India
II. Job Requirements
- 4+ years of professional Android development experience
- Strong experience with Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, and Android Studio
- Solid understanding of Android UI/UX best practices
- Experience working with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, local storage, and databases
- Hands-on experience with Android Jetpack (Navigation, LiveData, ViewModel)
- Knowledge of Android architecture patterns such as MVVM / MVP and clean architecture
- Experience with Kotlin Coroutines or other reactive programming approaches
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and performance profiling
- Experience using analytics and logging tools (Datadog, Firebase, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive, collaborative mindset
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
