Position – Data Architect (DICOM/Medical Imaging)
Location – San Francisco, CA (4 days a Week)
Duration – Full-time
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years expertise in Data Architecture
- Handled peta-byte scale imaging data
- Handled clinical and omics data
- Extensive experience on AWS cloud services pertaining to data architecture e.g., Glue, S3, FSx for Lustre, Collibra, Redshift, Lake Formation, Postgres etc.
- Knowledge of imaging standards e.g. DICOM, NIFTI
- Worked in radiology & digital pathology
- Worked in ophthalmology / neurology / oncology disease areas
- DICOM & Non-DICOM protocol and formats
