The ideal candidate understands how to translate abstract strategy into bold, clear, and effective visual systems across digital and print platforms.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creative execution of brand identities, campaigns, and visual systems from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and creative directors to translate ideas into powerful visuals.
- Design and oversee production of logos, brand collateral, pitch decks, social content, websites, and advertising materials.
- Maintain consistency across all design assets while innovating within brand guidelines.
- Present work internally and externally with clarity and conviction.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay ahead of trends in branding, advertising, and digital design.

Requirements (Must-Have)
- 7+ years of professional experience in a creative agency or equivalent environment.
- Reporting to Creative Director.
- Full-time position; schedule 9-6 EST.
- Preferred candidate location: LATAM region.
- English level: B2 or higher (Upper Intermediate or above).
- Education: None formally required.

Technical Skills (Required)
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; After Effects a plus) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proven experience developing full brand systems and campaign rollouts.
- Familiarity with print production and digital workflows.
- Experience collaborating with strategy and copy teams.
- Animation or motion graphics skills are a plus.
