- Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific pipelines.
- Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for recurring and high-volume roles.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner closely with site managers and executive leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
- Advise leaders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies specific to clinical research talent.
- Manage hiring timelines and expectations in a high-growth, private equity–backed environment.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Represent the company’s mission, culture, and growth opportunity to prospective candidates.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice in clinical research.
Process, Data & Continuous Improvement
- Manage and optimize an applicant tracking system and recruiting workflows.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
- Continuously improve recruiting processes to support scale, efficiency, and quality.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain consistent, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices across all roles and locations.
