About the Company

We are a rapidly growing, private equity–backed clinical research site management organization dedicated to accelerating the development of new therapies by operating high-quality, patient-centered clinical trial sites across the United States. Our growth is driven by operational excellence, a strong culture, and the ability to attract and retain top talent in clinical research.

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a critical role in scaling our organization by leading full-cycle recruitment across all functions, with a primary focus on clinical research roles—including Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) and Clinical Research Assistants (CRAs)—at sites nationwide. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, hands-on, strategic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can partner closely with leadership to build a best-in-class recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across the organization, with a strong emphasis on clinical research site positions (CRC, CRA, regulatory, site leadership, and support roles).
  • Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to support rapid national growth and site expansion.
  • Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and industry-specific pipelines.
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for recurring and high-volume roles.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Partner closely with site managers and executive leadership to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
  • Advise leaders on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategies specific to clinical research talent.
  • Manage hiring timelines and expectations in a high-growth, private equity–backed environment.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
  • Represent the company’s mission, culture, and growth opportunity to prospective candidates.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to position the organization as an employer of choice in clinical research.

Process, Data & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage and optimize an applicant tracking system and recruiting workflows.
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes to support scale, efficiency, and quality.

Compliance & Best Practices

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain consistent, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices across all roles and locations.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a lead or manager-level recruiting role.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for clinical research or healthcare roles, preferably within clinical trial sites, SMOs, CROs, or healthcare services organizations.
  • Proven success hiring Clinical Research Coordinators, Clinical Research Assistants, or similar site-based research roles across multiple geographies.
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort recruiting in competitive, talent-constrained markets.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization (private equity–backed experience is a strong plus).

Preferred

  • Familiarity with clinical research operations and regulatory environments (GCP, FDA-regulated settings).
  • Experience building or scaling recruiting functions.
  • Experience recruiting remotely for geographically distributed teams.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong project and time management abilities
  • Data-driven and comfortable using recruiting metrics to inform decisions
  • Adaptable, resilient, and energized by growth and change
