OverviewWe are a fast-growing brokerage and financial services firm looking to hire a high-level Social Media Manager who can fully manage and create all of our social media content across platforms.
This role is not just posting — you will be responsible for content creation, branding, consistency, and growth. We want someone who can take ownership and run our social channels professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Create and manage all social media content (posts, captions, short-form videos, graphics, stories)
- Manage platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy aligned with our brand
- Create trading, finance, market, and educational-style content
- Write high-quality captions and hooks that drive engagement
- Schedule and publish content consistently
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth)
- Work directly with leadership to align content with business goals
- Repurpose content across platforms efficiently
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator
- Strong understanding of finance, trading, or business content (major plus)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Comfortable creating content independently without micromanagement
- Excellent English (written and verbal)
- Knows how to create content that looks premium, authoritative, and trustworthy
- Experience growing accounts organically is a big plus
- Content creation (graphics, short videos, reels)
- Copywriting and hooks
- Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
- Social media scheduling tools
- Understanding of trends without sacrificing professionalism
