IG Networks is a rapidly growing global telecommunications company with a worldwide presence across the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Asia. We’re looking for a Business Support & Quoting Analyst to strengthen our commercial operations in APAC, ensuring fast, accurate quotations and reliable business support in close coordination with our regional stakeholders.
The Opportunity
This role supports the APAC region by managing quotation workflows and providing essential back-office support to commercial operations. You will work closely with internal teams and vendors, forming a tight execution that helps accelerate responsiveness and improve commercial efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Quoting & Pricing Support
- Manage the end-to-end quotation process for the APAC region.
- Collect pricing inputs and service details from suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and well-structured quotations aligned with internal guidelines.
- Maintain organized documentation and traceability for quotes and commercial inputs.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers to secure pricing, service options, and relevant commercial details.
- Follow up proactively to ensure responsiveness and reduce turnaround time.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with vendors to support smooth execution.
Business Support & Back-office Operations
- Provide front-line back-office support to commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams when needed.
- Support documentation management, internal coordination, and information flow.
- Help organize priorities and keep operational tasks moving across time zones.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with the Sales team and regional stakeholders to align quoting, feasibility inputs, and timelines.
- Ensure handoffs are clear and information is complete to support fast decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in roles involving quotations and coordination with clients and/or suppliers (telecom environment is a plus).
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
- Fluent in English (mandatory).

- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Organized and reliable execution style; comfortable managing multiple parallel requests.
- Service mindset and strong communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
