Must Haves:

- Familiarity with FIS platforms and lower-level development environments.
- Exposure to regulatory workflows and approval processes.

Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with bankers, traders, and front-office stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for third-party lending tools.
- Support underwriting and secondary market sales processes for leveraged finance projects.
- Collaborate with technology partners and vendors (e.g., FIS) to ensure successful product delivery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and present findings and updates effectively.
- Drive delivery using Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Contribute to regulatory approval processes and intake management for community impact initiatives.
