As a Senior Manager Digital Commerce Strategy, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital commerce future. You will develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies across B2B, B2C, and emerging D2C (Direct 2 Customer) models, navigating the complex landscape of omni-players, aggregators, and major online retailers. Your expertise will drive our channel development, optimize performance through insightful data analysis, and empower our European Business Units to excel in the rapidly evolving digital marketplace.
How You Will Contribute
You will:
- Develop and implement robust channel strategies for Digital Commerce, encompassing B2B, B2C, and D2C segments, ensuring market leadership.
- Lead the assessment and strategic review of our digital commerce plans, adapting to market dynamics and future opportunities.
- Drive channel development initiatives by continuously monitoring competitors, consumer, and sub-channel trends to optimize our digital presence and performance.
- Transform complex data into actionable intelligence, reorganizing insights to enhance strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment, foster digital capabilities, and establish clear accountability across all digital initiatives.
- Formulate comprehensive strategies for diverse digital channels, including omni-channel retailers, aggregators, and large online platforms.

- Experience within the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is considered an advantage.
