Role Description
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Manager to help us share INLIBRIUM with the world. This is a project-based, fully remote role with significant strategic ownership.
In this role, you will shape and lead INLIBRIUM’s marketing strategy — from brand development and storytelling to campaign creation, audience engagement, and performance analysis. You will help position INLIBRIUM thoughtfully and authentically across selected channels, including magazines, podcasts and curated events.
This is a role for someone who understands nuance, depth, and trust — and knows how to translate those qualities into a clear and compelling market presence.
What You'll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a holistic marketing strategy aligned with INLIBRIUM’s mission and values
- Building and strengthening the INLIBRIUM brand across relevant platforms and touchpoints
- Creating and overseeing marketing campaigns and content
- Leading market research and audience insights to refine positioning
- Establishing and nurturing presence in selected magazines, podcasts, and events
- Collaborating closely with founders and other partners
- Analysing marketing performance and translating insights into action
- Supporting sustainable business growth while enhancing the client experience
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign creation, and brand management
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behaviour, and competitive positioning
- Confident leadership and project management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions
- Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a strong sense for meaningful storytelling
- Experience with digital marketing tools, platforms, and CRM systems (a plus)
- Background in wellness, personal development, or adjacent fields is highly valuable
- Existing relationships with high-end media and/or HNWI / UHNWI audiences are a strong advantage
