NOTE: THIS JOB REQUIRES RELOCATION TO DUBAI (COMPANY SPONSORS VISA)
Responsibilities:
- Analyze e-commerce websites to evaluate product quality and marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to understand data, identify trends, and uncover actionable insights.
- Perform cause–effect analysis to determine key factors impacting product or business performance.
- Build and track core industry KPIs such as revenue, churn rate, conversion rate, retention, and engagement.
- Analyze user behavior, including funnels, cohorts, segmentation, and user journeys.
- Break down complex problems into measurable, solvable components.
- Collaborate with the Product team to provide recommendations and support feature improvement using data.
Requirements:
- Able to communicate fluently in both Vietnamese & English languages.
- 4+ years of experience in the role of Data Analyst.
- 2 headcounts; 1 specialized in Product, and 1 specialized in Marketing.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in EDA, ability to analyze cause–effect relationships.
- Solid understanding of probability, data distributions, outliers, and statistical patterns.
- Understanding of key product/business KPIs: revenue, churn rate, conversion, retention, …
- Experience analyzing user behavior, funnels, cohorts, and behavior flows.
- (STRONG PLUS) Product mindset and ability to think beyond numbers.
- (STRONG PLUS) Clear intention or interest in growing into APM (Associate Product Manager) or PA (Product Analyst) roles.
