Your Impact
You will take ownership of digital growth initiatives across paid acquisition, organic
performance, and conversion optimization. From campaign strategy to execution and
analysis, your work will directly influence revenue and scalability.
Key responsibilities:
- Owning and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta with a strong performance focus
- Building influencer and affiliate partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results
- Improving organic growth through SEO, content optimization, and site structure
- Designing and executing email campaigns that move users through the funnel
- Increasing conversion rates through A/B testing, UX analysis, and data-backed
improvements
- Translating analytics into decisions using Google Analytics and related tools
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Demonstrated success running full-funnel campaigns tied to revenue outcomes
- Strong grasp of paid media, SEO fundamentals, CRO, and email marketing
- High attention to detail combined with commercial thinking
- Comfort working independently, prioritizing effectively, and owning results
- Clear communication and the ability to explain performance and tradeoffs
