Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding cloud services, solutions, and accounts via phone, email, and chat in Polish
- Provide detailed assistance on service features, billing inquiries, and account configurations
- Help customers troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and high-quality service delivery
- Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and best practices in cloud solutions to provide relevant support
- Promote customer education on cloud service benefits and usage guidelines to enhance satisfaction
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is also required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or cloud services industry
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to new situations quickly
- Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple inquiries simultaneously
