Role Summary
We are hiring a Part-Time Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven mobile application and digital transformation projects. This remote role is ideal for an experienced project management professional with strong exposure to AI, software development, and cross-functional team coordination in distributed environments.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while working closely with global stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for AI-powered mobile applications and digital platforms.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, execution, tracking, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional and remote teams including software engineers, AI specialists, UI/UX designers, and vendors.
- Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and reporting.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation plans.
- Oversee expediting activities to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- Support logistics coordination related to project execution when required.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, inspection processes, and governance frameworks.
- Prepare project documentation, dashboards, and executive-level status reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Project Management.
- Proven experience managing software development, mobile application, or AI-related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Experience in expediting, logistics coordination, and deadline-critical environments.
- Solid understanding of quality assurance, inspection, and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, technology-driven settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
- Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
