Job Description
Founding SRE at a startup founded in 2021 that makes it easy for engineers and AI agents to develop, test, share, and debug their systems across multiple services efficiently at scale. Built by engineering leaders from Meta, Google and Uber.

Responsibilities specifically:
- Deploy and continuously manage/upgrade their system including all self-hosted customer sites;
- Monitor all deployments and proactively adjust configuration and resolve issues ahead of time;
- Help and support customers investigate issues, apply customizations and special solutions;
- Establish and improve internal processes for release, operations and customer supports;
- Design and build internal tools for troubleshooting, day-to-day operations;
- On-duty for handling incidents.
