Opstream is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to execute and manage all day-to-day marketing activities across social media, content, field marketing, and ecosystem engagement. You’ll be the hub connecting strategy to execution - working closely with leadership, sales, and external vendors to build awareness, support revenue goals, and strengthen Opstream’s position in the procurement and AI ecosystem.
This is a highly visible role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup, is comfortable wearing multiple hats, and can combine creative execution with data-driven decision-making.
We need someone who’s independent, loves startups, loves GTM tools and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Ideally, they’ve got experience of 5-7 years in B2B, especially within the finance, legal, or compliance spaces.
This is a fully remote position.

Social Media & Content
- Manage Opstream’s presence across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, and schedule posts that reflect our brand tone and highlight product updates, customer stories, and thought leadership.
- Drive thought leadership in social media according to brand tone and executives
- Oversee blog publishing, newsletters, and campaign landing pages.
- Collaborate with freelancers and agencies to produce visuals, short videos, and ad creatives.
Field Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement
- Plan and coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and webinars.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, influencers, and analyst communities
Vendor Management & Operations
- Manage marketing vendors (designers, content writers, SEO, ads, video).
- Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
- Track and report on campaign performance and event ROI.
- Collaborate with the GTM Engineer and sales team to ensure data accuracy and integration within HubSpot and other tools.
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS, procurement tech, or enterprise software marketing.
- Deep expertise in managing social media
- Experience managing content production, and field marketing programs.
- Experience in hyper growth B2B startup selling to enterprises
- Proven experience in managing budget management
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to interpret analytics and performance data to improve future campaigns.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and creative contributors.
- WordPress or basic website content management.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or basic creative design tools.
- Understanding of performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, pipeline attribution).
- Ownership of cross-channel marketing at a high-growth AI startup.
- Direct exposure to go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and ecosystem development.
