The Opportunity:
Ledn is hiring a full time Director of Product & Customer Marketing to lead our go-to-market activities across product marketing, CRM, social, and events. You will be the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and customer success—orchestrating how to bring our products to market and position them with our prospective and existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Your mandate is to position Ledn to win the bitcoin-backed lending category. This role is for a strategic architect who is also a relentless executor; you will define the strategy to grow our product lines through go to market planning, and then roll up your sleeves to execute it alongside the team.
About the Role:
- Strategic Positioning & Messaging: Define and own the positioning that differentiates Ledn in the bitcoin-backed lending space. You will ensure this positioning is executed consistently across all marketing channels, even those you do not directly manage.
- Revenue-Driven Go-To-Market (GTM): Drive GTM excellence by turning product launches into measurable business growth. You are responsible for the full lifecycle—from discovery and positioning to launch and post-launch adoption—to ensure every product hits its revenue and usage targets.
- Customer & Lifecycle Marketing: Work with the team to grow engagement and advocacy, turning leads into clients and growing client lifetime value. Design and execute campaigns that accelerate activation, deepen product usage, and drive retention.
- Sales Enablement & Growth: Partner with our Private Wealth team to equip them with enablement materials, objection handling, and expansion plays to acquire Ledn’s most valuable clients.
- Systematic Scaling: Lead and develop the product and customer marketing team by setting up scalable systems and frameworks that allow the team to achieve high-impact outcomes in a lean environment.

- You have 7+ years in product/customer marketing, with a proven ability to distill complex financial products into clear, winning value propositions.
- You have a track record of leading teams to drive measurable business outcomes and revenue growth in competitive categories.
- You bring a customer-first, insight-driven mindset. You're obsessed with connecting product value to client needs through marketing campaigns, and when necessary, advocating for what products and services Ledn is missing to accomplish our objectives.
- You move seamlessly between high-level strategy and tactical execution. You have an ownership mindset and are happy to "get your hands dirty" to ensure a campaign's success.
- You are an exceptional communicator who can influence cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Sales, Success) to ensure a unified voice in the market.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at prioritizing high-impact work with limited resources.
- You have experience in fintech or a financial related company.
