Role Summary / Position Purpose


The Senior UI/UX Designer is responsible for leading the design, optimization, and evolution of high-impact digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and SaaS-style products used in U.S. markets.

This role goes beyond execution. The Senior UI/UX Designer sets design direction, improves conversion performance, mentors junior designers, and collaborates closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design decisions directly support business growth and user satisfaction.

This role owns UI/UX quality, conversion performance, and design consistency across all customer-facing digital assets.


Key Responsibilities & Duties


UX Strategy & Experience Design


  • Lead UX strategy for high-traffic websites, landing pages, and SaaS-style interfaces
  • Analyze user behavior, funnels, and interaction data to improve usability and conversions
  • Identify friction points and design solutions aligned with business and user goals


UI Design & Visual Execution


  • Design and optimize conversion-focused landing pages ,full websites, apps & SaaS Products
  • Create high-fidelity UI designs, layouts, and visual systems aligned with brand standards
  • Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across all devices
  • Maintain consistency across design systems and reusable components


Prototyping, Testing & Optimization


  • Create advanced wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
  • Support usability testing, A/B testing concepts, and performance-driven iteration
  • Continuously refine designs based on feedback, analytics, and CRO insights


Leadership & Collaboration


  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level designers
  • Review design work to ensure quality, consistency, and performance standards
  • Collaborate closely with developers, marketers, and SEO experts
  • Clearly present design rationale and incorporate feedback efficiently


Market, Compliance & Best Practices


  • Design experiences aligned with U.S. user behavior and expectations
  • Follow accessibility and ADA-aligned design principles where applicable
  • Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices


Required Qualifications (Must-Have)


  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
  • Proven experience designing high-converting landing pages, websites, or SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, CRO, and user psychology
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools
  • Experience designing responsive, scalable interfaces
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world impact (conversion, usability, growth)


Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)


  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or international markets
  • Background in performance marketing, digital agencies, or SaaS environments
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for effective dev collaboration
  • Familiarity with analytics, heatmaps, or A/B testing tools
  • Experience building or maintaining design systems

Work Schedule & Employment Details


  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)
  • Break: 1.5 hours
  • Reporting To: Creative Lead / Marketing Leadership
  • Probation Period: 3 months


Salary & Compensation


  • Salary Range: BDT 40,000 – 80,000
  • Final compensation determined based on experience, leadership level, and portfolio strength
