Job Description
- Title: IT System Manager (Remote)
- Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor)
- Location: Remote – candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.
We are hiring for one of our clients seeking experienced IT professionals to contribute expertise in systems management, enterprise technology, and IT leadership to AI evaluation and improvement projects.
Role Overview
In this role, you will apply your experience in IT operations, systems management, and enterprise technology strategy to help evaluate and refine AI systems. No prior experience with artificial intelligence is required. Training and guidance will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and analyze real-world IT operations and systems management scenarios to assess AI reasoning and outputs.
- Develop clear, structured written solutions related to IT governance, system integration, cybersecurity, and project delivery.
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content for technical accuracy, professionalism, and operational relevance.
- Collaborate with research teams to enhance AI understanding of technology lifecycle management, strategic planning, and enterprise infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles:
- IT Manager
- Systems Administrator
- Technology Project Manager
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong understanding of IT project management, software delivery, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise software systems.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English, with strong documentation and technical reasoning skills.
- Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in your country or region of residence.
