You will partner closely with Finance, Engineering, HR, and Project Management teams to track headcount, budgets, forecasts, and project progress across multiple initiatives. • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, workforce analytics, or financial analysis
  • Strong financial background (budgeting, forecasting, AOP, financial close)

  • Experience with capacity management, time tracking, or resource planning
  • Understanding of project management lifecycles
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Tableau or Power BI
  • Jira, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
  • Workforce management or resource planning experience
  • Exposure to SQL or Python (not required)
