Marketing Manager (E-commerce & Community)
Jolie Beauty | Remote (UK-based preferred)
Jolie Beauty is one of the UK’s leading alternative makeup brands - built by fans, for fans.
We’re at an exciting scale-up stage, expanding internationally (including the USA), and we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and momentum to our marketing.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small, fast-moving team, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants real ownership, not just another corporate marketing role.
You’ll be our Marketing Manager, working closely with the founder and a small remote team. This is a true all-rounder role with the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position as the team expands.
You’ll be responsible for turning brand vision into clear, repeatable marketing systems across social, email, PR, and paid channels.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Build and manage marketing plans for launches, campaigns, and collections
- Help bring structure and prioritisation to a fast-growing brand
- Report on performance and identify opportunities for growth
Social Media & Community
- Oversee organic social content (especially TikTok & Instagram)
- Work with creators, affiliates, and ambassadors
- Protect and grow a strong, engaged alt community
Email & Retention
- Plan and execute email campaigns using Omnisend (or similar)
- Improve segmentation, open rates, and conversion
- Repurpose UGC, reviews, and social content into email
Paid Advertising (Meta & Google)
- Manage or support paid campaigns (UK, EU & USA)
- Improve targeting, segmentation, and remarketing
- Work with freelancers or agencies where needed
Influencer & PR
- Vet creators for gifted, paid, and collaboration campaigns
- Manage influencer relationships and content usage
- Support PR opportunities, launches, and events
You might be a great fit if you:
- Have 3+ years experience in e-commerce marketing
- Are confident working across social, email, and paid ads
- Have strong Shopify experience
- Are comfortable with tools like Omnisend, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads
- Understand how to balance brand-building with revenue-driving marketing
- Are organised, proactive, and happy working autonomously
- Genuinely understand alternative / subculture / lifestyle brands
- Have experience scaling brands internationally (especially USA)
- Are confident with TikTok Shop or creator-led commerce
- Can do light design or video editing for stories / social
- Have managed people or freelancers before
- Fully remote role (UK-based preferred)
- Flexible working hours
- Salary from £30,000 depending on experience.
