The Role
We're looking for a GTM Engineer who can own the full stack of go-to-market infrastructure, from strategy to execution.
This isn't a "set up a few Zaps and call it a day" kind of role. You'll be architecting enterprise-grade systems that handle lead generation, enrichment, routing, outreach, and CRM integration at scale. You'll work directly with our TC9 leadership and clients' leadership teams, translating business goals into systems that actually move the pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Build GTM infrastructure from scratch. Design and implement frameworks for outbound, inbound, and ABM strategies. Not templates, actual systems tailored to each client's market and motion.
- Own the data layer. Develop ICPs, buyer personas, and segmentation models that are grounded in reality. Build enrichment and scoring workflows using Clay and whatever data gets the job done.
- Connect everything. Integrate and manage the CRM ecosystem (Salesforce, HubSpot) so data flows where it needs to go and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Automate intelligently. Use AI-driven workflows (GPT-based logic, Clay, custom automation) to improve efficiency without sacrificing quality. Know when to automate and when not to.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- 2-3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Growth Operations, or Sales Operations. You've built and managed enterprise-level GTM systems before, this isn't your first rodeo.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Clay experience. Clay is the engine that powers most of what we build. You should know it inside and out: tables, enrichments, AI columns, integrations, the works. If you've only dabbled, this role isn't the right fit.
- Solid CRM experience in HubSpot or Salesforce. You've configured workflows, managed pipelines, built reports, and integrated external tools. You understand how CRMs should work, not just how they're sold.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales mechanics. You know how leads move through funnels, how pipelines get built, and where things typically break down.
- Strong analytical chops. You can pull insights from data and turn them into action, not just dashboards.
- Clear communication. Excellent written and verbal English. You'll be working directly with clients and need to explain complex systems in simple terms.
- Experience with distributed teams. We're remote, our clients are global. You know how to collaborate asynchronously.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Make or N8N for workflow automation
- Familiarity with Apify and web scrapers for data collection
- Hands-on experience with Instantly or Heyreach for outbound campaigns
- Background in B2B SaaS, consulting, or enterprise tech
- Experience supporting companies in North American and European markets
- Demonstrated measurable impact on pipeline and revenue
- Have mentored others or led GTM initiatives
