- Lead technical configuration of pay policies, benefits, and HRIS functions
- Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for leadership
- Serve as liaison between HRIS and internal stakeholders
- Support cross-functional teams with data and systems expertise
- Conduct audits and ensure data integrity and compliance
- Manage system upgrades, testing, and stakeholder training
- Own the Dayforce relationship and case management
- Maintain HRIS security and oversee data integrations
- Recommend system improvements and manage documentation
- Provide training and serve as the enterprise SME for HRIS
- Lead and develop a team of analysts
- 6+ years of HRIS administration experience
- Experience in a multi-state, large-sized organization; international experience a plus
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proven experience with data integrations and software implementations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- High attention to confidentiality and data security (PII)
- Expert-level Excel; strong skills in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience with Dayforce preferred; SQL knowledge a plus
