Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Lead Recruiter. The Lead Recruiter will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, sourcing potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure the hiring of qualified professionals. The role will also involve developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, maintaining applicant tracking systems, building strong pipelines of candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Because we have a mission to help single moms, this role requires a recruiter who will take individuals lives and goals into consideration. We're recruiting with a PURPOSE.

Waya Recruiting is seeking 3 individuals for this role. We need Lead Recruiters for West, Central, and East regions. Location in your territory is encouraged but not required, as the role is 100% remote.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Strategy
- Proficiency in Candidate Sourcing and Screening
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Technology
- Strong Communication, Interviewing, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Knowledge of Employer Branding and Workforce Planning
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics for process improvement
- Leadership skills and experience managing recruitment teams
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with diversity recruitment efforts and best practices is a plus
