About the Role

As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will play a critical leadership role within the sales organization, overseeing a remote team of five inbound sales representatives. You will be responsible for driving lead conversion, optimizing inbound sales processes, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective tenants from initial inquiry through to check-in.

This role combines people leadership, operational excellence, and data-driven sales management. You will work closely with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams (Finance and Operations) to improve performance, develop scalable SOPs, and consistently achieve team sales targets.

Work hours: 5 days per week, 9 hours per day (including 1-hour break). Standard schedule is Monday to Friday, with flexibility required for rare weekend coverage.

Work set-up: 100% Remote (Strong Wi-Fi connectivity is required)

What you’ll doTeam Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, motivate, and support a remote team of five inbound sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, providing tailored coaching and feedback based on individual team member needs.
  • Foster a cohesive working environment and gain team respect to minimize conflicts.
  • Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions to ensure transparency and track improvement.

Inbound Sales & Lead Management

  • Oversee the handling of inbound sales inquiries across email, chat, and digital channels via the Front CRM platform.
  • Monitor live team chats constantly to identify why leads are not converting and take immediate corrective action.
  • Understand the end-to-end flow from inquiry to tenant check-in, coordinating with Operations and Finance (invoices) as needed.
  • Handle escalations and resolve tenant inquiries professionally.

Reporting & Sales Operations

  • Expertly utilize CRM tools (Front) to analyze analytics, templates, and message flows.
  • Analyze lead conversion patterns and identify high-demand areas to inform marketing collateral needs.
  • Design, refine, and implement SOPs to effectively convert inbound leads into tenants and ensure team adherence.

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify skill gaps and lead training sessions to improve the team's efficiency and process adherence.
  • Clearly relay dynamic policy changes and SOP updates from management to the team to ensure alignment.
  • What You BringExperience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience and 2 years of leadership/management experience.
  • Leadership Style: Proven ability to adapt management styles to different personalities and preferences.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Front or similar CRM systems for reporting and flow management is highly preferred.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Tech-startups is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, for remote stakeholder management.
  • Soft Skills: Persuasive, goal-oriented, and capable of maintaining performance under high-pressure, dynamic situations.
  • Market Awareness: Understanding of the real estate market or the ability to quickly learn market dynamics.
