Note: This position will be full-time remote and not cover SHUI
What You'll Do
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and API-based applications
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and smoke testing
- Work closely with developers and product managers to clarify requirements and ensure quality throughout the SDLC
- Identify, report, and track bugs effectively
- Contribute to improving QA processes and best practices
HIghlight note:
- This is primarily a manual QA role, with opportunities to grow into automation.
- Ability to understand product workflows and think from an end-user perspective.
- Occasional collaboration with the team during evening hours (approximately 8:00 PM – 11:00 PM GMT+7) may be required to align with international teammates.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or Tester in a software development environment
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience testing web applications and REST APIs
- Familiar with tools like Postman, JIRA, TestRail, or similar
- Good English communication skills (written and verbal) — you’ll work with international teammates
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely
- Bonus: experience with test automation or scripting (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
