Venue Find Specialist - What Will I Be Doing?

• Providing exceptional venue finding services to clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their event needs and recommend suitable venues.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, venues, and internal teams.

• Utilizing industry knowledge to stay informed on the latest venue options and trends.

• Negotiating competitive rates and terms with venues to maximize ROI for clients.

• Ensuring accurate project documentation, contracts, and compliance are maintained.

Venue Find Specialist -What Experience Do I Need?

• Previous experience in venue sourcing, or event planning for Corporate Companies is essential

• Proficiency in Cvent

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented approach.

• Proven negotiation skills and ability to deliver positive outcomes.

• A passion for delivering outstanding client service.

Venue Specialist - What Else Do I Need to Know?

This is a remote role based in the USA, working CST or EST hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
