About us: Connected Dealer Services (CDS) provides connected car technology solutions that help automotive dealers optimize operations, improve customer retention, and increase profitability through data-driven insights and mobile-first tools. Our brands — including CarRx, Advantage GPS, and Elo GPS — support dealers and consumers (B2B2C) across multiple segments of the automotive and vehicle finance industries. As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to better support demand generation, sales enablement, lead tracking, content development, and AI-driven marketing programs.

Job Summary: We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team who will be responsible for building and executing high-impact campaigns that generate leads, support sales, and strengthen the CDS family of brands — with a primary focus on CarRx and Advantage GPS. This role owns growth campaigns, messaging, and content strategy at the campaign and channel level, guided by the leadership team’s product positioning and overall narrative. You’ll translate high-level strategy into clear, compelling messaging and tightly coordinated campaigns across channels, publishers, and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the EVP of Marketing, Sales Leaders, and Sales Ops to build scalable marketing systems, ensure airtight lead tracking in Salesforce, and produce high-quality, high-conversion content with minimal oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, digitally savvy, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end in a high-growth environment where speed and adaptability matter.

Work Location: This position may be performed in a remote-friendly capacity; this position can be based anywhere in the United States and is 100% remote. While the role does not require regular travel, occasional travel may be required for team meetings or business needs. Additionally, periodic visits to headquarters may be required to support in-person collaboration. A quiet, distraction-free workspace is required for successful remote work.

Responsibilities include:

Growth Campaigns & Messaging

  • Own campaign-level and channel-level messaging, guided by leadership’s strategic narrative and product positioning.
  • Develop and improve demand generation strategies across LinkedIn, Google Search, industry publishers, podcasts, and niche channels.
  • Lead advertising content creation (e.g., landing pages, banner ads, email sequences, whitepapers, webinars, nurture programs).
  • Build campaign briefs and coordinate all creative inputs (web developer, designers, freelance copywriters, etc.).
  • Define targeting, messaging, and funnel structure for new paid media campaigns, while managing agencies and freelancers to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with goals.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to ensure Salesforce tracking, attribution, and lead source cleanliness.

Content Strategy & Sales Enablement

  • Develop and execute content plans for whitepapers, research pieces, event follow-up, webinar content, and blog posts.
  • Own the core sales enablement content that cannot be effectively outsourced (e.g., pitch decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, use-case content), working closely with Sales Leaders.
  • Oversee SEO strategy and blog roadmap in partnership with an SEO agency; use freelancers selectively for long-form research and some blog content, while maintaining ownership of core messaging.
  • Collaborate with Product, Training, and Sales to develop impactful product demo flows and walkthrough scripts.
  • Support sales with event-related follow-up campaigns and the creation of targeted nurture sequences for prospects and customers.

AI-Accelerated Content Systems

  • Act as a strong power user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI agents/workflows) who knows how to extract high-quality content and build repeatable systems to accelerate messaging work.
  • Create and refine prompts, templates, and workflows to improve consistency and speed of content production.
  • Use AI as a force multiplier, not a crutch, ensuring AI-produced content is polished, strategic, and on-brand (not generic or low-quality).
  • Coach other team members on how to leverage AI more effectively, where appropriate.

Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Lead social media strategy and execution (primarily LinkedIn), including content calendars, post copy, engagement tactics, and asset direction.
  • Repurpose blogs, webinars, and whitepapers into platform-specific social content.
  • Provide messaging direction for thought leadership content (e.g., podcasts, panels, speaking opportunities) in partnership with leadership and subject matter experts.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimization

  • Maintain campaign tracking documents and provide clear reporting to leadership.
  • Provide monthly and quarterly campaign analysis, turning performance data into insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns, landing pages, and nurture flows based on performance data.
  • Present campaign plans and messaging recommendations to leadership with minimal oversight, including proactive suggestions for what to start, stop, or improve.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • 5-8 years B2B marketing experience (SaaS, tech, automotive, telematics, or adjacent industries preferred but not required)
  • If not already experienced in automotive, quickly ramp up on dealership operations, F&I, BHPH, vehicle finance, and related segments to understand audience needs, language, and priorities.
  • Proven experience owning growth campaigns, messaging, and content strategy not just executing isolated tactics.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute campaigns end-to-end independently, from brief through launch and optimization.
  • Strong experience with AI content generation and prompt optimization across multiple tools and platforms, with a track record of driving high-quality output.
  • Strong project management skills; able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content and design standards.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation/email tools (e.g., MailChimp, Pardot, SendGrid, etc.).
  • Learns quickly, adapts easily, and thrives in a high-growth environment.
  • Comfortable balancing strategy and hands-on execution — from messaging frameworks to actual copy.
  • Background supporting sales teams or building sales enablement materials.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.

Preferred Knowledge Of:

  • Project Management tools like Trello or Jira.
  • CMS platforms like Wordpress.
  • SEO tools like SEMRush.
  • Google Analytics reporting and dashboards.
  • Simple design edits in tools like Canva.
  • Figma (to review and give feedback to designers).

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Repetitive motion is required for computer entry.

A comprehensive Benefits package includes:

  • Medical benefits with employer contribution
  • Dental and Vision with employer contribution
  • Flexible Spending Plans and Heath Savings Account programs
  • Basic Life and Personal Accident Insurance (Employer Paid)
  • Ten (10) paid holidays, including (3) floating holidays.
