About The Role

The Executive Marketing Leader will oversee internal marketing staff, external agencies, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. You’ll work closely with executive leadership and sales to craft campaigns that drive awareness, generate leads, and convert buyers across ecommerce and B2B channels. Our marketing program is data-informed and ROI-focused—we invest in what works and scale results systematically.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary internal team (content, digital, email, PR, events)
  • Manage and evaluate external partners (advertising, SEO/SEM, creative, media buying, etc.)
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across ecommerce, B2B, rental, and equipment channels
  • Partner closely with Sales to align campaigns with business goals and revenue targets
  • Optimize our marketing tech stack, automation, and analytics tools to drive performance
  • Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and digital engagement initiatives
  • Own the marketing calendar, campaign rollout, and results reporting to leadership
  • Ensure a strong focus on data, testing, attribution, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Director or VP of Marketing, with a focus on both strategy and execution
  • Experience managing a team and multiple agencies/vendors in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated success across ecommerce, B2B, and industrial or safety-related industries (preferred)
  • Strong grasp of digital performance marketing, content strategy, branding, and lead generation
  • Skilled in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Constant Contact, WooCommerce, and Salesforce
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action across multiple marketing funnels
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working with executive leadership and contributing at a strategic level
