Job Description


We are seeking a Mid–Senior level Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate requirements into actionable insights, and drive data-informed decisions. This is a fully remote role within the United States, offering the opportunity to work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
  • Support solution design, UAT, and implementation to ensure business objectives are met
  • Create process flows, use cases, user stories, and business requirement documents (BRDs)
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback


Required Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment across multiple time zones
  • Authorized to work in the United States
