Entry-Level Data Analyst

InfiJobs LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about working with data, generating insights, and supporting business decisions through analysis and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams to analyze data, create dashboards, and improve data-driven processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decisions
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from datasets
• Assist in maintaining data accuracy and data quality standards
• Support stakeholders by providing actionable insights
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs
• Document processes and analysis results clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL and basic data queries
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar is a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with dashboards or reporting tools
• Internship or project experience in data analysis
