We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help shape the look, feel, and usability of a product that users interact with daily.
🎨 UI/UX Designer (1.5+ Years Experience)
🧩 What You’ll Do
Design intuitive, clean, and scalable user experiences across web platforms
Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and AI teams
Design user journeys for complex workflows (hiring, matching, dashboards)
Create and maintain design systems and UI components
Iterate quickly based on user feedback and data
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across the product
Support rapid weekly releases with design updates and improvements

Have 1.5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design
Are strong with Figma (or similar design tools)

Have a product-first mindset and care deeply about user experience
