Senior Recruitment Consultant, Professional Services – Sydney

Our client is specialist Recruitment Agency focusing on roles across Professional Services in Australia and the wider APAC region.


They are a proud team of market experts who work closely with a wide range of leading employers, within both C&I and Private firms.


This is a full 360-recruitment role, where growing a new client base is key, as will developing your own network. You will have to research and secure new clients as well as find, screen, and build your own pool of candidates.


This recruitment business work on both contingent and search based roles, and at the mid-senior end of the market.


The ideal candidate would be someone with at least 2-3 years recruitment experience within a professional services sector agency environment.


Our client is looking for ambitious, driven and determined people to work within a mature and professional culture. To succeed and our client want a Recruiter who has good interpersonal skills and able to comfortably have a conversation with high-end clients and potential candidates.


In particular, if you have experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, Financial Services or Risk & Compliance, these would all be of interest.


*Our client is open to relocators however the sponsorship requirements apply*

For sponsorship, you would need a relevant degree and two years recruitment agency experience, or five years of experience without a degree.
