Position: Trainee Coordinator – Learning & Development (L&D)


Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Trainee Coordinator – Learning & Development (L&D) with 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience who is keen to build a career in the Learning & Development function. The role involves close collaboration with the L&D Manager to support training coordination, onboarding, and learning operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support end-to-end training programs including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication
  • Assist in new hire onboarding and induction programs, leveraging prior recruitment experience
  • Maintain and update training records, attendance, and completion status in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand training requirements and support skill development initiatives
  • Provide administrative and coordination support for learning sessions, workshops, and orientation programs
  • Collect participant feedback, prepare reports, and assist in evaluating training effectiveness
  • Support continuous improvement of learning processes and employee experience


Eligibility & Experience (Mandatory):

  • Experience: Exactly 2 years of relevant experience only in Recruitment OR Training / Learning & Development
  • Career Interest: Strong interest in transitioning into Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field


Required Skills:

  • Strong coordination, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail and process orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to LMS and HR systems
