Job Description
Finance & Operations Manager
Company: Moffin (www.moffin.com)
Moffin is a software company based in Mexico that helps financial institutions modernize how they make and manage credit decisions.
We work with banks, fintechs, SOFOMes, and other lenders to centralize data, automate credit workflows, and bring structure and clarity to processes that are often manual, fragmented, and hard to scale. Our platform sits at the intersection of data, automation, and credit risk, enabling teams to operate more efficiently and make better decisions.
Moffin is venture-backed and operating across Mexico, the US, and Chile, with customers ranging from fast-growing fintechs to more traditional financial institutions. We’re building infrastructure that allows credit teams to scale responsibly—without adding unnecessary complexity.
If you’re excited about applying rigorous thinking to real problems—and doing it in a way that’s both ambitious and sustainable—you’ll feel at home at Moffin.
Location: Remote (based anywhere in the Americas)
Languages: English & Spanish (professional proficiency required)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience see benefits section below.
