Key Responsibilities
· Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR Business Partners to understand hiring forecasts, workforce plans, and role requirements
· Design and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract diverse, high-performing talent for both professional and operational roles
· Leverage talent intelligence, market insights, data, and analytics to inform sourcing and hiring decisions
· Own the full recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning support, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination
· Drive strategic hiring projects that strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and build sustainable talent pipelines
· Partner with Talent Management and HRBPs to identify succession gaps and proactively pipeline critical roles
· Drive internal mobility initiatives and promote diverse sourcing strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing
· Utilize innovative and proactive recruitment tools, platforms, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn, ATS, talent communities, referrals)
· Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, digitize, and standardize recruitment processes
· Build strong collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence (HRBP, Compensation & Benefits, Inclusion & Diversity, Talent Management, Relocation)
· Continuously improve recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes to ensure a cost-effective and candidate-centric experience
· Monitor and meet performance benchmarks (time to fill, cost per hire, quality of hire, hiring manager satisfaction) and propose process improvements
· Stay updated on talent market trends, recruitment innovations, and best practices
· Educate hiring managers on recruitment strategies, market insights, and interview effectiveness
· Develop and execute employer branding strategies and campaigns across K-C Softex social media and digital platforms
· Strengthen company positioning as an employer of choice through engaging, authentic, and consistent employer branding content
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase employee stories, culture, and EVP
· Build and maintain partnerships with universities (public & private) to support early talent, internship, and graduate hiring
· Manage engagement with external professional associations and communities to strengthen professional talent pipelines
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
· Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
· Strong stakeholder management skills, able to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders
· Proactive, independent, adaptable, and improvement-oriented
· Passion for recruitment excellence and continuous learning
· Willing to be placed in West Karawang
Preferred Qualifications:
· Proven experience executing recruitment strategies and managing full-cycle recruitment
· Strong ability to identify talent with long-term potential and cultural fit
· Hands-on experience with recruitment tools, ATS, and digital sourcing platforms
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills in an internal- and external-facing role
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and projects
