We’re looking for a Tech Recruiter / IT Headhunter to join our team and help us scale high-quality technical talent across LATAM for international clients.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong recruitment foundation who wants to grow deeply into technical headhunting, working alongside experienced Tech Leads who will support technical validation and fine-tuning.

🔍 Actively source and recruit technical profiles (developers, tech leads, architects, DevOps, data, IoT, etc.).
🤝 Engage with passive candidates and generate interest in long-term, challenging opportunities.
🧠 Conduct competency-based interviews, assessing experience, mindset, motivation, and cultural fit.
🧩 Collaborate with Tech Leads to align on technical requirements and profile calibration.
✍️ Write and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and other channels.
📊 Track candidates, pipelines, and recruitment metrics in an organized way.
📞 Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the decision process.
🌱 Continuously learn about technologies, roles, and market trends in IT.
✅ Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting (IT experience is a strong plus).
✅ Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / LinkedIn search for sourcing.
✅ Strong communication and persuasion skills – you know how to start conversations, not just screen CVs.
✅ Ability to understand role requirements and translate them into effective searches.
✅ Motivation to learn technical profiles and grow into a tech-specialized recruiter.
✅ Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
✅ Spanish fluency; English is a plus (especially for client context).
