About Solar-Log GmbH:

We develop the technology that connects solar plants to the digital world — from embedded IoT devices to scalable cloud platforms that ensure reliable, efficient renewable energy operation.


Your tasks

  • Design, development and optimisation of sophisticated event-driven microservice architectures based on Symfony 6+ and PHP 8
  • Design and further development of modern REST API architectures
  • Taking responsibility for code quality, testing and architectural decisions
  • Active participation in pair programming and code reviews to share knowledge and ensure quality
  • Working in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) – with a focus on iteration, feedback and continuous improvement
  • Close collaboration with DevSecOps, front-end and product owners
  • Ensuring clean code, high test coverage and sustainable software quality


Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in professional software development with Symfony
  • Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns and software architecture
  • Confi dent use of Doctrine ORM, Composer, dependency injection and event-based architectures
  • Experience with unit and integration testing
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, containerisation (Docker) and modern deployment processes
  • Very good knowledge of English (working and documentation language is English)
  • High degree of personal responsibility, precision and quality awareness
  • Remote working is second nature to you – you communicate clearly, in a structured manner and reliably.
