The impact you’ll make

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Paribu Art, you will be responsible for planning, executing, testing, and optimizing digital campaigns that support audience growth, engagement, and ticket sales. Beyond campaign execution, this role requires a strong analytical mindset—turning data into insight and insight into action.

In this role, you will:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
  • Design and run ongoing A/B tests across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
  • Develop and drive the strategy and growth of search campaigns,including keyword planning, bidding, and ad copy optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance end-to-end, clearly demonstrating how media spend translates into traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Work closely with internal teams (programming, creative, production, ticketing) to align campaigns with event timelines and communication goals.
  • Own the performance analysis of the Paribu Art website, identifying user behavior patterns and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze web data using GA4, define custom events, and create dashboards and reports in Looker Studio.
  • Build clear, structured performance reports that go beyond numbers, delivering insight-driven recommendations.
  • Analyze the sales performance of traffic driven from advertising campaigns to ticket sales platforms via Looker Studio reports, and optimize budgets, targeting, and campaign setups accordingly.
  • Monitor digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve campaign strategies and testing methodologies.
  • Support audience development strategies by connecting campaign data with content performance and user engagement signals.
  • Develop and execute advanced remarketing strategies, including dynamic remarketing and lookalike audiences.



Key competencies

We believe skills and potential matter as much as experience. To thrive in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong performance and analytics focus.
  • Hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns across multiple ad platforms (Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok or similar).
  • Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior, and web analytics.
  • Expertise in remarketing and audience segmentation across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage ad budgets and optimize towards targets.
  • Proven experience with GA4, event tracking, Looker Studio, and performance analysis for optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to design and interpret A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
  • High analytical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience preparing clear, structured, and insight-focused reports for different stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Interest in culture, arts, live events, or creative industries is a plus.
