This role requires a blend of creativity, design thinking, and user empathy to craft seamless digital journeys from concept to final design.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user requirements and design goals.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and interactive mockups using design tools.
- Design user interfaces that are visually consistent and aligned with brand identity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user behavior data.
- Ensure responsive and accessible designs across various devices.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design or product design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects.
- Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of prototyping, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
- Ability to translate business and user needs into functional, aesthetic designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end frameworks.
- Exposure to Design Thinking and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Hotjar, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
