About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the web experience for a select group of our established brands. This role is essential in crafting visually compelling, high-performing web pages that not only enhance brand presence but also significantly improve conversion rates. You will be responsible for designing new landing pages focused on conversion rate optimization, developing content-rich pages such as Science and Ingredients sections, and refreshing seasonal and promotional campaigns. Additionally, you will support our ecommerce team through Replo implementation, ensuring seamless integration and execution. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys iterative design improvements, and understands how design influences user behavior. You will collaborate closely with Growth, Ecommerce, and Brand teams to maintain a consistent, premium customer experience across all digital touchpoints. Your role will also involve maintaining and evolving our design system, ensuring design consistency and efficiency across various pages and launches, with guidance from our Senior Product Designer. This remote role offers the flexibility of a high-trust, fully remote work environment, complemented by quarterly in-person off-sites for team connection and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience designing for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, landing pages, or CRO-driven experiences
  • Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create comprehensive design systems and prototypes
  • Experience building templatized design solutions for faster deployment and reuse
  • Strong understanding of conversion copywriting principles, including value propositions and benefit-focused messaging
  • Experience with low-code/no-code builders such as Replo for implementation
  • Excellent visual design skills with a refined aesthetic sensibility
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working with agencies or in-house teams creating multiple template types
  • Nice-to-have skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects for motion graphics and visual enhancements

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new CRO landing pages tailored to specific brands, including redesigns and performance variations
  • Own the web design experience for assigned brands, ensuring consistency, freshness, and conversion readiness
  • Create engaging visual storytelling to communicate complex concepts such as bioavailability and form factors in a premium, digestible manner
  • Develop and maintain a scalable, flexible design system to ensure consistency and efficiency across pages and campaigns
  • Design and deploy seasonal updates, promotional pages, and limited-time offers to support marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate with Growth, CRO, and Creative teams to translate strategic goals into high-performing visual assets
  • Enhance overall visual quality to reflect the brand’s premium positioning and credibility
  • Build and implement templatized design solutions to streamline workflows and enable rapid deployment
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to apply test learnings, optimize UI/UX, and ensure high performance of brand pages
