Job Description
This role will require the candidate to cover THREE locations in Stockton, Turlock, and Fresno. This will require the candidate to have a reliable vehicle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- PC support (5-7 years):
- Strong on-hands and remote PC troubleshooting skills including
- PXE boot/imaging experience
- Active directory experience, add/move/remove users
- Certifications a plus (A +, Microsoft Cert, ITSM)
- Experience supporting Microsoft office environment
- Experience with tools such as SCCM, Active Directory (ARS), and other enterprise-level administrative platforms. – puppet, ansible ----
- Project Management:
- Project experience working to meet deadlines and accountability to tasks assigned.
- Communicate effectively across teams and with vendors.
- Customer Service:
- Excellent desk-side manner with a people-first approach—dedicated, prompt, polite, and able to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Fluent in English required.
- Availability for occasional off-hours emergencies

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the onsite IT point of contact for designated plant locations, providing Level 2-3 support for desktop PC, network, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems including VPN connectivity, WiFi/network disruptions, hardware and software errors, and email/Outlook issues.
- Perform hardware setups and physical troubleshooting within warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve support issues and ensure timely project execution.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused presence, both in-person and remotely, while supporting plant staff and leadership.
Work Environment:
This role is based on site at production facilities where you will be part of the Technical Operations support team, but the singular onsite IT professional for designated locations. Expect a mix of technical troubleshooting and physical tasks, such as equipment setup and relocation within production and warehouse spaces. Must be comfortable with wearing required protective equipment while in production settings.
