Data Science Lead - Fintech/AI Product

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be reporting directly to the CEO and be responsible for:

• Leading and growing the data team from scratch.
• Driving data strategy, analytics and ML initiatives across the business.
• Partnering with Product and Engineering to build a 'best in class' Technology division.
• Building a modern data stack for scalable and reliable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in Data Science or Analytics, with leadership experience.
• A background in FinTech, BNPL or Payments would be a huge plus. Alternatively, if you've been a part of a business that grew from startup to scaleup this also works.
• Strong Python, SQL, and cloud (GCP/AWS) skills - we need someone that's still happy to be hands-on.
• Arabic speakers are at an advantage.

Additional Information:

• 45k-60k AED per month.
• Significant equity.
• Relocation and VISA support available for international candidates.
• 3 stage interview process, urgent hire.
