Success in this role means delivering a stable, functional MVP that meets agreed milestones and is ready for internal testing and iteration.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll likely be a strong fit if you:
- Have 1–3 years of real, hands-on full-stack experience
- Have shipped real products (not just tutorials)
- Can work independently without supervision
- Are time-conscious and respect deadlines
- Communicate clearly and raise blockers early
- Have extremely high attention to detail (precision and care are valued)
- Are neurodivergent-friendly and comfortable building for neurodivergent users
- Care about UX, flow, colour, spacing, sound, and polish
- Understand MVP thinking (functional > perfect)
This is a passion-driven project. Alignment matters.
