Are you looking to start your career in HR?
We have an exciting fixed term opportunity for an HR Assistant to support a wide range of East Sussex staff with their HR administration.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well-motivated person who is positive, flexible and well-organised with a ‘can do’ approach. Working as part of a busy and supportive team you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records for staff on our payroll system so excellent attention to detail is required. You will also be the initial contact for queries from staff, managers and external bodies so excellent customer service skills are essential.
The team works in a hybrid style and mixes office attendance with working from home.
