We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to grow and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone who loves storytelling, understands online engagement, and can turn ideas into content that drives brand awareness and business impact in a remote-first environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversion
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaigns
- Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all channels
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or company
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
- Strong creative, organizational, and project management skills
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
- Experience managing paid social campaigns and ad budgets
- Basic graphic or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or tech sectors
- Familiarity with social media listening or analytics platforms
- Fully remote role within Australia
